I left some jewelry at the property. I called the front desk to let the lady know that I had left something in the room and that I was in a rush to get to work when I arrive back at the motel the lady at the front desk, had my key ready to go back in the room and get my jewelry and she was very nice and supportive. I had been checked out about 30 minutes and no one had entered my room or bothered anything so I was very pleased. The property was a little older and kind of bland, but I could not get a better deal anywhere than Booking.com. it was a business trip and I needed a really good deal. The motel had charged me a security deposit and it only took less than 24 hours to go back on my card so I was very pleased so if you’re looking for a bargain motel this is where you should stay. it was clean and convenient. I felt very safe at this motel and staff was there 24 seven I like that.
Cheap rooms
No breakfast offered. Not even a cup of coffee in the room or at the front!
The hotel was quite dirty, the smell of smoke was very strong, the room was in bad condition some things destroyed.

My room key did not work. I made 5 trips to the front desk to get the key working, also there were roaches in room 227 where I stayed for 4 nights
There was too many roaches and the room smelled and it’s two ghetto and the WiFi was very back I will never stay here again and the pool stayed closed which was a big inconvenience for me and my kids I had to sleep in my car
Structure, theme, and comfort
That one of my rooms had the right size bed and my other room only had 1bed and it needed 2 2 beds and I told them that and I asked her for a cot don't have one

Very spacious rooms, great window view from third floor, and one awesome male staff of the night shift. Very understanding property willing to accommodate under certain reasonable situations.
The property was terrible. We arrived at 11 pm. There was6 of us so we had 3 rooms. To begin with my son was given a room that someone was already in. Our room was dirty smelled bad and the other room had cockroach’s and blood stains on the mattress. Needless to say we stayed for about 45 minutes but half of that time I was trying to look for another hotel. By midnight I was already at the front desk and returning the keys. The person at the front desk told me that because I had stayed more than 10 minutes I couldn’t get a refund but that I could call the manager the next day called the manager the next day nonstop and they completely ignored me until later on that afternoon. She tells me that I have to speak to the owner on Monday. Mind you this was on a Saturday.
Nothing I left didn’t stay , requested refund hotel gave me the run around booking . Com did the same no one plans to give me my money back what so ever so when I call they hang up on my face when I mention it , the hotel and the booking.com support team no one was a help to me
